Join us for a tribute to Spain, a warm and vibrant country that has inspired important and beloved music. The program includes the energetic Bootleggers Tarantella by Canadian composer John Estacio and Bizets Carmen Suite. Celebrated violinist Erika Raum performs Lalos Symphonie Espagnole, a colourful, virtuosic work in five movements for violin and orchestra. The finale is none other than Ravels most famous work Bolero which is without a doubt a Simply Sensational conclusion to another exciting season with the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra.
