The incredibly moving film The Snowman captures the hearts of audiences of all ages. This film has no dialogue—only the enchanting score by Howard Blake, especially written to fit to the action on screen. The Snowman was created in the older style of animated films—hand-drawn, frame by frame, and every nuance is captured on screen and in the music.
Brilliantly displayed on the two huge projection screens at Glad Tidings auditorium, this is a performance that cannot be missed. We are offering a very special matinée performance of The Snowman. This matinée is a short programme, and would be perfect for small children and families, so get your tickets now for this special performance.
The holidays are all about traditions, and our evening show will satisfy anyone who loves the spirit of the season. In addition to The Snowman, your SSO will delight you with the holiday classics of Leroy Anderson and excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker. What an evening to celebrate the season!
